We received this announcement and Flyer from the Group.
“We are pleased to share with you the details of our next Mental Health Parent and Carer Peer Network Group.
This will take place on Wednesday 6th July 2022 4-5.30pm.
… This session will be focusing the discussion around transitions, as it is the time of year our children and young people are moving classes, for some this is schools too (ie primary to secondary, school to college or university), the impact of which may affect their mood and behaviour.
If you would like to learn more, then please join us for this session. A member of the Healthy Minds Team will be there to give some tips and strategies on how you can help your child; and we will have some of the session open to chat through our own experiences.
**Please note, your child does not have to be accessing mental health services for you to join the meeting.**”
