We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our growing staff team. Working with the Chief Officer, the role is to initiate and facilitate a programme of community engagement and development, targeting improving mental health in communities in South Tyneside. The programme will provide opportunities for improved community participation, helping with isolation, loneliness, and inactivity.
