WHiST (Women’s Health in South Tyneside) run Meet & Greet sessions on a Thursday where a volunteer will talk about all the services WHiST offers and you can sign up as a member and to courses.
Call us on 0191 454 6959 to book a space either 10.30 or 12pm. If you can’t make those times, call us anyway and the admin team will help you.
