Our Home Support Team aim to give you the support you need, when you need it most. The fantastic Home Support Team, cleaning, shopping and chatting, keeping your home the way you want it, and visiting as often as you want them to. And we can sort out the garden too!

The Home from Hospital Team cover 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year, making sure you’re supported well after your hospital stay, you have what you need when you get home, and just being there and checking how you are.

The Handy Service carries out home assessments to make your home safe and warm. The Team can come out to your home and fit key safes, grab rails, extra banisters and other measures which will help keep you safe and warm in your home.

Our Information and Advice Team will help you get the benefits you’re entitled to and supporting you with all things legal and worrying. We can help with bills and debts, whether large or small, and take that load off your mind; or you might have other problems – we’ll make sure you’re treated fairly, and advocate on your behalf when you need someone to fight your corner

Our Link Workers are here for you if you are feeling low and a bit isolated; they will spend time with you, on the phone or face to face, and find out what would make a difference for you, then support you to plan to get there. Whether it’s a practical problem that you need a hand to resolve, or you’d appreciate a bit of time to build your confidence and connect with an activity or group, they’re here to help.
