The Home Support service is a paid for service which aims to provide practical support to people who may otherwise struggle to deal with their day-to-day tasks. We offer a range of practical support which are tailored to meet your needs.
We offer this service to clients in their own homes and to clients living in residential care.
The team also provide community dementia activity support when a community-based offer is the best option which allows us to offer person centred plans to the individuals, we support to access the activities that they wish to participate in.
All the support staff are Dementia awareness trained and have first aid training and have DBS clearance. They offer a friendly face and light-hearted chat whilst carrying out the service you require.
Please note the Home Support team do not offer personal care or medication.
